At Khubsurat Jewellery, we value our customers and stand by the quality of our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects or if the product received is different from your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Requests must be made within Same day of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jewellery.
Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Email support@jskhubsurat.com or call +91 97142 97473 with your order details and photographs of the item showing the defect or issue.
Approval: Our team will review the request and confirm if the item qualifies for return.
Shipping: Once approved, ship the item to our store at your cost (unless the return is due to our error). Please use a reliable courier with tracking.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
If you paid cash in-store, we will issue a store credit or cash refund as agreed.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or a different design of equal value, we are happy to arrange it once your return is approved.
